A door to door sales team that sells smart home technology like solar panels, security systems, etc.

Problem

Sales manager on the team wants the reps to close more deals. The best way to improve a rep’s performance is to to give 1:1 coaching. The issue is there’s not enough time in the day to follow the rep around, diagnose the issues, and then coach them through it.

Solution

Made an app that every sales rep uses to record their conversation. It transcribes the audio and uses LLMs to understand “what went wrong” so sales managers can provide 1:1 coaching but in a fraction of the time.
